The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of specialized graphics, typesetting, and illustrative materials.
- Design and produce collateral such as brochures, social media posts, eBook covers, shirt designs, website images, business cards, etc. in accordance with brand guidelines for different platforms.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Work with a wide range of media using a variety of graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Take ownership of the brand's visual and digital identity by creating, enhancing, and maintaining all public-facing visuals and graphics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse organization.
- Proficiency with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, and other similar tools.
- Familiar with recent trends in graphic design and design thinking.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Good communication skills
