Graphic Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, graphics, and illustrations, for print and digital media, for multiple clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content strategy, video and digital departments, to develop design concepts and solutions that meet business goals and user needs
  • Understand and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials for multiple clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continually improve skills and design work
  • Develop and maintain design assets, such as templates and style guides, to improve efficiency and consistency in design work
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback to help improve designs and processes

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of two or more years of experience in advertising and digital design.
  • Must showcase a portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
  • Advanced skills in branding, print, and traditional media.
  • Awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.
  • A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view.

 

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of design programs (like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Good to have knowledge of new tools (Sketch, Figma).
  • Familiar with Communication tools (like Slack, trello, Zoom, Monday.com)
  • Knowledge of animation software or like to learn them (like Aftereffects and equivalent)
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and simply.
