Job Description
As a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling marketing materials. You will work closely with our creative team, and account managers to ensure that each project meets and exceeds the highest standards of creativity and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Design: Create visually stunning and impactful designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns, including but not limited to print advertisements, digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, and branding materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and account managers to understand project requirements and contribute innovative design ideas that align with the client's vision and brand guidelines.
- Efficiency: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines, ensuring a seamless workflow and project completion.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs maintain consistency with the client's brand identity and overall campaign objectives, adhering to established style guidelines.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and techniques to continuously elevate the agency's creative output and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Client Revisions: Work on feedback, and make necessary adjustments to achieve client satisfaction while maintaining the creative vision.
- Image and Asset Selection: Source and select appropriate images, illustrations, and other graphic elements that complement the overall design and message of each project.
- File Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured file system for design assets, ensuring easy access and efficient collaboration among team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer within an advertising and marketing agency or related field.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and other relevant design software.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
