Job Description
Avenue5 international (Real Estate Company) is looking for a Graphic Designer to help create unified content (presentation templates, print material e.g. profiles, brochures..etc) for the different divisions within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
- Create engaging and aesthetically-pleasing Powerpoint presentations and templates that are easy to use
- Create engaging print media such as company profile booklets, brochures, business cards…etc using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
- Create templates for a variety of document types on Microsoft Word
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Determine specific requirements for all documents and templates to be produced. This involves communicating with different users/stakeholders to uncover how the templates will be used, who the audience is, whether different versions are required…etc
- Work iteratively - start with showing rough draft and amend designs continually following feedback
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Requirements1)Proven Graphic Designing Experience
- A strong portfolio is a must
- Skilled knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Skilled knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite software (Powerpoint, Word)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Creating and maintaining websites (Wordpress skills) is a big plus
