-Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
-Ensure designs are optimized for both print and digital distribution.
2. Social Media Creatives
-Design and produce engaging social media graphics, posts, and stories to drive brand awareness and engagement.
-Adapt and resize visuals to fit various social media platforms and ad formats.
-Stay updated on social media design trends and implement them in the creation of fresh and captivating content.
-Collaborate with the social media team to develop visual campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
3. Brand Consistency
-Maintain and enforce brand consistency in all design materials, ensuring that they align with the company's visual identity.
-Contribute to the development and documentation of brand design guidelines.
4. Quality Control
-Review and approve final designs and materials before production or publication to ensure accuracy and quality.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
