Job Description
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the creative team to create visually compelling and engaging designs. You will assist in the development and execution of various design projects, collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of creative solutions. Responsibilities:

- Layout and Composition: Arrange text and images to create visually appealing layouts, considering factors such as hierarchy, balance, and typography.
- Image Editing: Use graphic editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to retouch and enhance images, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Branding Support: Support developing and maintaining brand identities, ensuring consistency across various marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, art directors, and copywriters, to execute projects effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from the creative team and clients, making necessary revisions to designs to achieve desired outcomes.
- File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance design quality and stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Skills: Develop and enhance proficiency in design software and tools to improve productivity and deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant coursework or certifications will be considered.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and demonstrates your understanding of design principles and techniques.
