1. Creation of design and print templates for agents to use under the direction of marketing coordinators.
2. Work on a variety of corporate marketing materials: ads, materials for websites, email campaigns, etc.
3. Execute design work in an effective way to send a clear message.
4. Help enforces consistency of the brand on all marketing materials.
5. Interprets the needs of each project and translates those needs into creative concepts that suit the project's purpose.
6. Think creatively to produce new ideas and fresh concepts.
Required Skills:
1. 2 years of progressive Graphic Design work scope.
2. Proficient use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, basic Adobe After Effects and Adobe Dreamweaver are a plus”
3. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design will be preferable, or related creative field.
