Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy and Innovation:
-Develop and lead the execution of digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
-Stay updated on the latest insurtech trends and integrate innovative solutions into the digital marketing strategy.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
-Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver results that align with the company's goals.
-Manage the team's training and performance evaluations.
3. Campaign Management:
-Strategize, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and programmatic advertising.
-Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance ROI.
4. Content Strategy:
-Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes industry-relevant content, thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and other content to engage and educate the Takaful Bazaar’s audience.
5. Analytics and Data-driven Insights:
-Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze KPIs, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
-Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing efforts to the senior management team.
6. Budget Management:
-Develop, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize results.
7. Digital Presence and Branding:
-Enhance the company's online presence and branding by aligning digital strategies with the Company’s brand image and values.
8. Partnerships and Vendor Management:
-Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed and manage vendor relationships for specialized digital marketing services with a Takaful Bazaar’s focus.
Experience and Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
-10+ years proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns within the insurtech or insurance/takaful industry.
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, especially in the context of insurtech.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
