Job Description
The ideal person should have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and extensive experience in managing and leading digital marketing teams. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 7-8 years in progressively responsible roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and motivating a team of digital marketing professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from marketing data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
