Job Description

MobiTising seeks an innovative, creative, and experienced Head of Digital Marketing (HOD) to lead and oversee the company’s digital marketing strategy and execution. This individual will manage multiple key departments, including SEO, Content Writing, Paid Ads, Animation, and social media. The ideal candidate will drive growth for our in-house streaming product Koyal (B2C), content distribution platform Ritude (B2B, B2C), and B2C e-commerce portals through data-driven strategies, cutting-edge digital solutions, and an innovative approach.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-layered digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the performance and deliverables of the digital marketing unit including SEO, Content Writing, Paid Ads, Animation, and Social Media departments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for in-house products.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and implement them effectively.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage budgets for all digital marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure the optimal utilization of resources while maintaining cost efficiency.

 

2. Product Growth Marketing

 

  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative, data-driven campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to align marketing strategies with product development and user needs
  • Execute growth experiments to optimize customer lifetime value (CLV) and funnel performance

 

3. Departmental Responsibilities:

 

· SEO & Content Writing

  • Own and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and content marketing aligned with organizational and product strategies.
  • Develop scalable processes for driving organic traffic and improving search visibility
  • Monitor and adapt to SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive rankings
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs, websites, and campaigns to support SEO initiatives and build a brand perception aligned with organizational objectives.

 

· Paid Advertising

  • Manage budgets and strategies for paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Design, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously analyze and report on paid performance metrics to refine campaign strategies
  • Guide the creation of visually appealing, brand-aligned animations, videos and other ad formats for marketing and brand purposes.
