-Craft a long-term IT strategy aligned with business goals and digital roadmap.
-Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging IT trends in the food service industry.
-Manage and optimize IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases) ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
-Implement robust security measures to safeguard all IT systems against cyber threats.
-Develop and execute comprehensive disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of emergencies.
-Oversee the smooth operation and uptime of POS systems across all stores.
-Manage and support business applications critical to efficient store operations (inventory, ordering, etc.).
-Collaborate with internal or external developers to ensure the mobile app and website deliver exceptional user experiences.
-Monitor performance metrics for the app and website, identifying areas for improvement and user experience optimization.
-Implement data analytics tools (like Power BI) to extract valuable insights from various data sources (POS, app, website, etc.).
-Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Manage IT budgets and resource allocation efficiently, prioritizing projects that deliver the most significant business value.
