Job Description

System360 is seeking technically proficient individuals with strong interpersonal abilities for the role of IT Help Desk Technician.

 

Responsibilities:

Daily remote troubleshooting of computers, servers, networking devices, routers, and Firewalls to ensure smooth operations.

Precise tracking of client service requests within our online ticketing system.

Handling Global Reception calls and managing call logs.

Oversight of network usage, security, and system backups.

Ensuring customer issues are resolved through follow-up.

Proficiency in TCP/IP and OSI models is required.

 

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar domain.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.

Competency in the Windows (8/10/11/Server) environment.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Effective problem-solving and research capabilities.
