Job Description

As an IT Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of IT support and services. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, prioritizing, and dispatching IT service tasks to the appropriate team members, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Task Coordination:

 

Assign and dispatch service requests to the appropriate IT technicians or teams based on skills, availability, and priority.

 

Monitor and track the status of ongoing service tickets to ensure timely completion.

 

Client Communication:

 

Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding service requests, inquiries, or updates.

 

Provide clear and timely communication to clients about ticket status and resolution timelines.

 

Documentation & Reporting:

 

Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system.

 

Generate and share periodic reports on service performance and metrics.

 

Team Collaboration:

 

Liaise with technicians, vendors, and other departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.

 

Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and address them to avoid service delays.

 

Process Optimization:

 

Suggest and implement improvements in service coordination processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Education:

 

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration

 

Experience:

 

Entry-Level

 

Technical Skills:

 

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and terminology is a plus.

 

Soft Skills:
