As an Infrastructure Specialist at eWorx International you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing servers, networks, virtualization, and storage systems. The role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of these components, as well as troubleshooting issues. Collaboration with other IT teams, implementation of security measures, and documentation of configurations and procedures are key aspects of the role. 🔸 Handling Windows Servers Infrastructure.
🔸 Managing Hyper-V based environment managed by System Center.
🔸 Patching using different tools.
🔸 Certificate Authority and issuing of certificates.
🔸 Virtual Machines management, backups & migrations
🔸 Monitoring and Backups Software Experience.
🔸 Dell Physical Servers and OPEN Manage experience.
🔸 Office 365, Azure & AWS Medium level of knowledge required.
🔸 Knowledge of Secure VPNs and Firewall
🔸 Managing Endpoint Security Solution + ED etc....
🔸 Experience with security infrastructure e.g. SIEM, XDR would be a plus
