Primary Responsibilities:
· Oversee the implementation of hardware and software solutions across multiple, clubs in Pakistan, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
· Implement and enforce best practices within the IT department, including the development of robust policies to ensure the reliability and security of IT systems.
· Deploy third-party network monitoring tools to enhance scalability and system performance.
· Develop a strategic roadmap for digital transformation across the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
· Collaborate with international software and hardware vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
· Recruit and nurture in-house talent as required to support the growing needs of the organization.
· Implement automation solutions to streamline and optimize business processes throughout the organization.
· Identify and suggest enhancements to existing software solutions to improve functionality and user experience.
· Maintain and secure existing systems to ensure their reliability and robustness.
· Generate reports on the overall health of the IT infrastructure, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
· Actively monitor and troubleshoot disruptions to minimize downtime and ensure the uninterrupted delivery of club services.
Job Requirements :
· A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the software services sector, with a proven track record of technical project delivery.
· At least 2+ years of experience working as a team lead or technical project manager, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
· Demonstrable knowledge of web applications, database servers, REST APIs, and complex solution architectures, coupled with a strong understanding of computer networking.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role involves correspondence with multiple international vendors.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
