Monitor Firewalls, printers, copiers, Internet Service, CCTV, PTCL, UPS, Email, Servers, and toner refilling to make sure that they are working properly and getting regular maintenance.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Responsible for periodic backup of Data, Data Server, Team Members’ Data, etc.
Provides First level of technical support to users concerning network system operations.
Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Installs, configures and maintains network cabling and other networking equipment such as hubs, switches, and UPS.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network-connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
Generate Purchase requests for software, hardware, and other supplies as required for computer networks, and personal computers.
