Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define and execute sales strategies.
· Implement plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key accounts.
· Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
· Initiate outreach activities to build a robust sales pipeline.
· Communicate product benefits and features to prospective customers.
· Track and manage leads and opportunities
· Provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing and training teams to create sales collateral and presentations.
· Work with marketing, product management, and technical teams to address customer needs.
· Ensure successful execution of sales initiatives through internal collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT.
- Candidates with strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal will be preferred.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends.
