Information Technology Specialist

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Lahore. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service tasks. The specialist will also be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing new IT initiatives, systems, and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company’s operations.

Qualifications
 

• Strong understanding of network administration and security
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience with various operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Sound knowledge of computer hardware and software
