Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our IT department. This role is key in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on supporting Microsoft Office applications, Polycom phone systems, Zoom video conferencing, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zendesk. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Office Support: Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office applications for end-users. Provide assistance and resolve issues related to the suite of Office products.
- Polycom Phone System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Polycom VoIP phone systems. Troubleshoot any issues to ensure clear and reliable voice communication.
- Zoom Administration: Manage the company’s Zoom accounts, including user setup, meeting configurations, and troubleshooting. Keep abreast of new features and integrations to enhance our virtual meeting capabilities.
- CRM System Support: Administer CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zendesk. Assist in customising the systems to fit business needs, and provide support to users on system functionality and issues.
- Technical Support: Offer first and second-level support to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT-related problems within the company.
- Training and Documentation: Create user guides and documentation for IT systems and processes. Conduct training sessions to help staff utilize technology effectively.
- System and Security Monitoring: Monitor IT systems for performance issues, security breaches, and other potential problems. Implement security measures to protect data and IT infrastructure.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide IT solutions that support business objectives.
