Information Technology Support Specialist

Job Description

Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.

Dialer Support:

 

Provide client-end support for dialer systems.

Ensure dialer functionality and address any technical issues promptly.

Firewall Management:

 

Configure and manage PFSense firewall.

Implement security protocols and monitor network traffic.

NVR and Camera Systems:

 

Install and maintain NVR systems and surveillance cameras.

Monitor camera feeds and ensure the security system is operational.

Networking:

 

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other networking devices.

Ensure a stable and secure network environment.

Technical Support:

 

Provide Level 1 support to in-house employees and USA clients.

Address technical issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support if needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

 

Work closely with the IT team and head office to ensure alignment on IT strategies and initiatives.

Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Branch Office Management:

 

Handle IT-related tasks for the branch office.

Ensure seamless IT operations in coordination with the head office.

Qualifications:

 

Proven experience in IT support and systems administration.

Strong knowledge of server management, Active Directory, and network configuration.

Proficiency in configuring and managing PFSense firewall.

Experience with NVR systems and camera installation.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent support.
