The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering help desk support. Daily tasks include managing desktop computers, resolving IT-related problems, and ensuring smooth operation of all information technology systems.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
Know how to work with Windows and Linux Systems.
Help resolving tech-related issues.
Proficiency in Help Desk Support
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
