The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international business practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances. Focus markets are Middle East, Africa, South Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion and Strategy:
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive international market entry and growth.
• Monitor global market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.
Partnership Development:
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with international distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Identify and onboard key stakeholders in target markets.
• Negotiate and close agreements to support market entry and expansion strategies.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for international markets.
• Drive customer acquisition strategies and increase the company’s market share globally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align global strategies with regional goals and objectives.
Brand Development:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Customize product offerings and branding to meet the needs and preferences of diverse international markets.
• Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
Market Research and Reporting:
• Gather and analyze data on international markets, including customer behavior, competitive landscapes, and economic conditions.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, opportunities, and challenges in target regions.
• Use insights to adapt strategies and improve overall market positioning.
Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Work with R&D and product teams to tailor offerings to international market needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the home appliances or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of establishing and growing business in international markets.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, market dynamics, and cultural differences.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
