Develop and implement market-specific strategies to attract top-tier US-based clients for our organizations recruitment and staffing services.
Assist in dealing with US-based organizations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Onboard new clients for our recruitment and staffing services in all over the USA.
Reach out to the companies who are using MSPs and enrolling our organization in their MSP programs.
Work with the top tier companies and their representatives to add our organization to their candidates and hiring requirements.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis.
Drive revenue growth by expanding our presence and attracting top companies, organizations, and governmental institutions from all over the USA.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2 -3 years of hands-on experience in the US Recruitment and Staffing industry.
Proven experience in business development specifically in the US Market.
Having a good pool of companies and clients/MSPs for the USA.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent knowledge of the terms of employment, contracts, labor laws, and knowledge of Fortune companies' way of hiring in the USA/Canada.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Technical Recruitment USA hiring contracts, Work Authorizations, visa statuses, and other trends and regulations.
Willingness to work in all three USA time zones (EST, PST, and CST).
