Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, images, videos, and captions that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
Platform Management: Monitor and manage our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) by scheduling and posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase our social media followers and engage with the community through likes, shares, comments, and direct messages.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance, including audience growth, engagement, and reach. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing and branding strategies.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field, or recent graduate.
Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Creative thinking and ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
