In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, images, videos, and captions that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Platform Management: Monitor and manage our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) by scheduling and posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
- Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase our social media followers and engage with the community through likes, shares, comments, and direct messages.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance, including audience growth, engagement, and reach. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing and branding strategies.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field, or recent graduate.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
