Experience: 4-5 years
Job Description:
• Must be Familiar with ITSM Standards and Process
• Must be Familiar with IT Asset Management Standards and Best Practices
• Strong Understanding of end to end asset life cycle procedures and management
• Must have prior experience of managing IT Asset Module and Life Cycle
• Hands on Experience with Laptop Hardware and Software Support and Configurations
• Hands on Experience with Windows 10 Installation and Troubleshooting, MS Office 365, MS Outlook (Configurations and Backups)
• Strong Vendor Management and Coordination Skills • Strong Communications Skills (Written & Verbal)
• Must be presentable along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills
