Skills Required:
The IT Support will assist the customers to solve technical problems using cloud-based computing technologies to develop and deploy large scale applications.
• Min. 3 years experience of development and deployment
• Min. 2 years experience of DevOps strategies and methodologies
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Should have knowledge of L1, L2 & L3 levels of support and ability to execute SLA with enterprise-level customers
