The IT Support Executive will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our clients' IT systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement solutions and upgrades.
- Document and track support tickets and solutions in a helpdesk system.
- Train end-users on technology best practices and procedures.
- Ensure data security and assist in disaster recovery planning.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
