E1SOL, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking two enthusiastic and skilled Junior Business Developers/Bidders to join our team in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to embark on a career in business development and client management, particularly in the digital and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Management: Actively seek out new business opportunities through various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other relevant mediums. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling and customized proposals and bids that effectively communicate E1SOL's value proposition to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with trends and updates in online freelancing platforms.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with the client's expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong writing abilities, particularly in proposal and bid preparation.
- Basic understanding of the IT and digital services industry.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
