Job Description
As an Upwork Bidder at Hubaix, you will play a key role in driving sales for our AI/ML and full-stack services. You will collaborate with the senior business development team to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients on platforms like Upwork, Bark, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
- Pitch our AI/ML and full-stack services to prospective clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments for targeted outreach.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with the senior business development team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate or Third Year / Final Year Student
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
- Passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven role.
- Good knowledge of computer science, AI/ML concepts, and full-stack development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client requirements.
- Previous experience in IT industry sales generation is a plus.
