Are you a talented designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience? We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and create stunning visuals for our marketing campaigns.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design or related field.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that meet marketing objectives.
- Campaign Support: Assist in designing visual assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, ensuring easy access and up-to-date materials for the team.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
- Feedback Implementation: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
