Junior Node.js Developer - Karachi

Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Rust to build scalable and efficient applications.
Blockchain Integration: Work on integrating blockchain protocols and building solutions to enhance decentralized applications (DApps).
API Development: Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to communicate with front-end systems and third-party services.
System Architecture: Collaborate with the architecture team to design robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
Database Management: Optimize and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Security & Optimization: Ensure code quality, security, and optimize application performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of features.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with strong proficiency in Rust.
Experience with Node.js.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including experience with smart contracts, decentralized systems, and cryptocurrency protocols.
Familiarity with Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, or similar blockchain ecosystems is a plus.
Experience with API design and development, both RESTful and GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of databases and database optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of security best practices in backend and blockchain development.
Version control experience (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
