Orthiya Technology is currently recruiting for an ambitious Web Developer to a fast-growing software agency organization based in Islamabad.

Your new role

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the technical development of the website, microsites, and other web applications in line with the organization’s digital strategy. You will utilize the server-side stack of technologies specifically with the purpose of providing a rich and innovative online experience.

You will be working alongside colleagues in the Web Team, marketing team, and IT services department. You will collaboratively implement new website features and functionality, guide the website's architecture, ensure high-performance and availability, and maintain various technical aspects of the website content management system (CMS).

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Knowledge of Laravel (PHP) & JavaScript with real-time experience
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and knowledge of writing an SQL statement
• Experience in developing Back-end systems & Front-end systems
• Experience with RESTful API and MVC would be advantageous
• Experience of working within a self-organizing and cross-functional Agile team
• Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
• Enthusiastic and keen to expand your technical skills
• At least 1 year of experience working with web technologies.
