We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Development Lead to join our dynamic team at Topdot. As a Front-End Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers in building exceptional user experiences. You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our front-end architecture, ensuring seamless user interactions, and driving innovation in our product development.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end engineers.
- Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Front-End Development
- Hands-on development of complex front-end features and components.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
Project Management
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and prioritization.
- Ensure timely delivery of front-end development projects.
- Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks.
Problem-Solving
- Identify and resolve complex front-end challenges.
- Optimize front-end performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring front-end teams.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue JS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Next JS, Node JS, Ajax, React Native, Flutter etc.)
- Deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design pattern and principles.
