Job Description

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our institute's brand visibility through compelling visuals and engaging digital content. This position requires expertise in designing banners, posters, and advertisement creatives, as well as proficiency in creating social media reels and editing class videos for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Design & Branding:

Create visually appealing banners, posters, and advertisements to boost brand awareness.

Develop consistent and innovative branding materials using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Social Media Content:

Design and produce engaging short-form content, such as reels and graphics, for social media platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute content plans.

Video Production:

Assist in recording class sessions and manage the editing process for high-quality video content.

Edit and optimize videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Creative Input:

Contribute ideas to improve the visual impact of the institute's marketing campaigns.

Stay updated with design and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills in various formats.
  • Experience in designing for social media platforms and familiarity with their content specifications.
  • Video recording and editing experience with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
