Own Technical On-boarding of new Sales reps and District Sales Managers.
Develop robust Training plans for the affiliate in alignment with SAMETA training strategy
Deliver High quality training for Sales and Non-Sales functions
Develop/Design learning workshops from global available materials
Adjust selling/detailing workshops to align with brand initiatives and strategy
Build and sustain valued partnership with Sales Director(s)
Partner with DSMs to coach sales force by uncovering strengths and areas of development (e.g., dual or triple field rides, observation and recommendations and conducting workshops)
Accountable for affiliate Sales Force capability Action plan
Analyze Sales Territory action plan, Coaching reports and call notes for the sales team.
Lead IDP & medical exams (initial development program) for MEA Sales team
Participate in district and national sales meetings in alignment with Senior Sales leaders
Endorse and use new learning platforms (UMU)
Conduct an implementation assessment following the implementation of a learning solution to evaluate, monitor, and improve processes used for future interventions
Demonstrate knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic options, facilitate product and disease trainings with Medical and Marketing, conduct sales force exams in agreed interventions
