Learning & Development Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Technical On-boarding of new Sales reps and District Sales Managers.
  • Develop robust Training plans for the affiliate in alignment with SAMETA training strategy
  • Deliver High quality training for Sales and Non-Sales functions
  • Develop/Design learning workshops from global available materials
  • Adjust selling/detailing workshops to align with brand initiatives and strategy
  • Build and sustain valued partnership with Sales Director(s)
  • Partner with DSMs to coach sales force by uncovering strengths and areas of development (e.g., dual or triple field rides, observation and recommendations and conducting workshops)
  • Accountable for affiliate Sales Force capability Action plan
  • Analyze Sales Territory action plan, Coaching reports and call notes for the sales team.
  • Lead IDP & medical exams (initial development program) for MEA Sales team
  • Participate in district and national sales meetings in alignment with Senior Sales leaders
  • Endorse and use new learning platforms (UMU)
  • Conduct an implementation assessment following the implementation of a learning solution to evaluate, monitor, and improve processes used for future interventions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic options, facilitate product and disease trainings with Medical and Marketing, conduct sales force exams in agreed interventions
