Job Description
Project Manager will be a pivotal role within the company, acting as the right hand to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of tasks and projects, ranging from the routine to the complex. The role demands a highly organized, efficient, and proactive individual who is capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while providing regular updates and ensuring all assignments are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support services to the Managing Director that ensures a professional, responsive, and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
- Manage and maintain the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications to the MD.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD.
- Manage projects assigned by the MD, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Manage reporting of progress of projects and ensure the team reports on tasks, milestones and achievements for project management and reporting.
- Conduct research, assemble data, and analyze information to prepare reports and documents.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare and manage correspondence with stakeholders and ensure follow-up on pending matters.
- Manage the company CRM software.
- Manage updating of information on the company CRM for sales and marketing purposes.
- Efficiently and effectively anticipate the MD's needs in various scenarios and projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, or similar executive support role.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and concisely at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with project management software.
- Discretion and confidentiality of the highest level.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
