A UK-based company is looking for a Marketing and Social Media Manager with a preference for experience in the fashion industry to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Management:
· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
· Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
· Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
· Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
· Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
Social Media Content Creation:
· Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand loyalty.
· Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
· Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust content strategies to maximize impact.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
· Collaborate with the design and product teams to showcase new collections, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
· Proven experience in marketing and social media management, with a strong portfolio of content creation and campaign results.
· Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools & strategies (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, PPC, SEO).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and create engaging content.
