Job Description
We are seeking for an onsite Mid-Level Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer who is responsible for ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards before release. This role requires a blend of manual and automated testing, with the engineer actively contributing to the development and refinement of testing processes. The SQA Engineer works closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain product reliability, identify and resolve defects, and improve the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Review test results, analyze root causes of defects, and recommend improvements to enhance software quality.
- Participate in sprint planning and review sessions, providing feedback on testability and quality standards of user stories.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying areas to streamline QA processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
