  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand motion graphics videos or gifs, including but not limited to social media posts, gifs, infographics animations, Lottie (JSON file export), and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and color schemes to maintain a cohesive brand image across all social media channels.
  • Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and motion graphics trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
  • Work with event images and photographs, retouching and enhancing visuals as needed.
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continually improve the quality of animation or video.
  • Candidates should know how to do live streaming on YouTube or Facebook using OBS.
     

Requirements
 

  • Proven experience as a motion graphic designer and video editor, preferably with a portfolio of work showcasing video and motion graphics design projects.
  • Proficiency in motion and graphic design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Divanci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Lightroom, and Figma.
  • Strong visual design and animation skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, layout FPS, and Camera Handling skills (knowledge of ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, etc).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
