ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
Architect, design, implement and unit test new software applications.
Work with Microsoft programming languages and frameworks (C#, .NET,NET MVC,.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, WPF).
Work on ofront-end development using Typescript/MVC Razor.
Knowledge of Source Controlling Azure.DevOps/GIT
Work with database development including, preferably SQL Server.
Maintain, support, debug, enhance, and refactor existing software applications.
This is a primarily technical role but as needed you may act as a lead developer for a small team of developers.
Analyze, prototype, and estimate new product features.
meet the deadlines and get the tasks done within given timeline.
Work in cross-functional teams with other software developers or handle the task alone, test automation engineers and firmware engineers.
Create and update software documentation (specifications and design documentation).
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Gain and share knowledge of good software engineering. .
Recommend improvements to software development tools and processes.
Recommend technology selection for new software products and influence our technology roadmap.
Provide mentoring to other engineers and co-ops/interns.
COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience of setting up build automation and continuous delivery (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps or similar tools (Github actions, Jenkins).
Experience of architecting complex software solutions with complex connectivity requirements.
Thorough understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
