Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • 24x7 proactive Network Surveillance
  • Issuing Trouble Ticket
  • 1st Level Troubleshooting of Network/services (IP/SDH/DWDM)
  • Network incident reporting, escalation and resolution
  • Coordination, Troubleshooting, testing with International partners for Upstream and cross border connectivity
  • Assisting internal team for network related faults and rectifications
  • Network/services reports generation circulation

Requirements:

  • BS/BS (Computers/telecom/Electronics)
  • CCNA/CCNP certified/trained will be an add on.
  • Fresh /1-year both can apply.
