Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- 24x7 proactive Network Surveillance
- Issuing Trouble Ticket
- 1st Level Troubleshooting of Network/services (IP/SDH/DWDM)
- Network incident reporting, escalation and resolution
- Coordination, Troubleshooting, testing with International partners for Upstream and cross border connectivity
- Assisting internal team for network related faults and rectifications
- Network/services reports generation circulation
Requirements:
- BS/BS (Computers/telecom/Electronics)
- CCNA/CCNP certified/trained will be an add on.
- Fresh /1-year both can apply.
