Job Description
- We are looking for Odoo Developer for a rapidly growing & globally distributed e-commerce nutritional supplement firm.
- We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Odoo Developer to join our growing team. Having implemented phase 1 of Odoo 14, we need an internal developer.
- We run a complex Odoo framework of manufacturing, purchasing, and 2 (and soon more) company instances with connections to Amazon and Shopify. We are looking for a long-term partner that can accelerate our launch of new features and functionality while developing procedures with our operations team and properly documenting that development.
- This role works closely with our Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams. You: You have a solid understanding of Odoo’s Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting modules. You can partner with functional teams and build strong cross-functional relationships, have a deep curiosity and passion for automation and process improvement, and have the ability to manage and execute highly impactful projects.
- You communicate effectively with both internal and external parties. You are a critical thinker that isn’t afraid of asking questions when necessary.
- The role is 100% remote and flexible (20 hours/week), however, availability during Eastern Time working hours is mandatory.

-Internal SME for Odoo capabilities and development/automation options
-Project lead for implementing new features as required
-Generate and implement ideas for continuous improvement of systems and processes
-Highly experienced in the python programming language
-3-5 years of experience working with Odoo projects within the manufacturing application
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Excel
-High degree of motivation and the ability to work independently
-Strong organizational skills
