Develop and Implement Paid Social Media Strategies:

Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.

Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for adjustments.

Audience Targeting:

  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify and target key demographics.
  • Implement strategies to expand and refine audience reach.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Paid Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising best practices, and algorithms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
