We are for PHP Developer for our office in Karachi :
Must know the following:
- eCommerce platforms - WooCommerce, OpenCart , Open-source & MVC
- WordPress (The WordPress Loop, Hooks, Actions, WordPress specific functions)
- HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- MySql, PhpMyAdmin
- CorePHP, Javascript, JQuery
- Github
Responsibilities:
- Writing well-designed back-end code and building efficient PHP modules by using best software development practices
- Building, scaling, and maintaining our e-commerce websites
- Actively assist in improving the usability and functionality of highly customized B2C & B2B websites
- Design and develop functionality based on the provided concepts
- Updating and altering application features to optimize performance
- Be aware of emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in developing eCommerce websites on WooCommerce/ OpenCart platforms, theme customization, API, and international payment gateway integrations
- Ability to build custom Opencart/ WordPress themes and Plugins from scratch
- Working with third-party APIs to fetch and send data between different platforms
- Must be a team player
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to suggest efficient solutions for the problems on hand.
- Experience in web services, XML & JSON API structures, and integrations
- Professional degree/ certification from a recognized institution
