Job Description
EWDTech is seeking an experienced PHP/Laravel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework. The PHP/Laravel Developer will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework
- Write clean, well-designed, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, preferably Laravel
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
