Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leads and Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads, including target companies and key decision-makers, through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage prospects, build rapport, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions and address the unique needs of prospects.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in collaboration with the sales leadership team to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide insights and feedback gathered from interactions with prospects to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, including prospecting, qualification, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and ownership over individual and team goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (ZOHO) and other sales and marketing tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
