Job Description
As a Full Stack PHP Developer at DevExcel, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks, including WordPress customization (themes and plugins) and Laravel development. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, database management, and the ability to write professional and clean code. Effective communication skills are essential as youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement web applications using PHP, WordPress, and Laravel.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.
- Perform database design, optimization, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
