Arittek Solutions is looking to hire a PHP developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will also be required to maintain the central database and respond to requests from front-end developers.
Responsibilities:
• Write “clean”, well-designed code
• Produce detailed specifications
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow industry best practices
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Requirements:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Proven work experience in software development
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in PHP development with OOP skills
• Must be able to add WordPress plugins and modify themes
• Must be able to configure, enhance and customize default WordPress theme features and templates
• Experience using MYSQL/SQL/No SQL data bases
• Working knowledge of backup, databases and file systems
• Knowledge/experience with Agile software methodology
• An understanding of design patterns
• Knowledge of version control with GIT preferred.
• Web Services (e.g., JSON, RPC, REST, XML, SOAP, etc.)
• PHP Frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter, Symfony, Zend, Laravel, etc.)
