I am a freelancer with seven years of experience, leading a team of 10-12 developers across different niches. I am looking to expand my team and am seeking experts to join us.
Role Description
This is a project-based, remote role for WordPress Developers, PHP Laravel & CodeIgniter Developers, Web Designers & Developers, and MERN and Python Developers. The selected freelancers will be responsible for various development and design tasks based on their expertise. Initial tasks will be paid on a project basis to evaluate abilities and performance, with the potential for a monthly contract thereafter.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Codeigniter, and Core
- Strong knowledge of WordPress development and experience with custom theme development and plugin integration
- Experience in web design and development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design and familiarity with UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
