Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Modeling: Develop comprehensive business models and conduct competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Create and monitor data-driven analytics, leveraging insights to guide product development and improvement.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Product Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market demands.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery within established timelines and budgets.
  • User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles to ensure exceptional user experiences across products.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and facilitate data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and areas for product enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting within the IT industry.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Profound understanding of digital platforms and online marketing.
  • Strong prioritization skills, deadline orientation, and resource allocation capability.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytical tools to make informed decisions.
